File Preparation & Artwork Guidelines
Submit Print-Ready Artwork for the Best DTF Results
To ensure your DTF transfers and gang sheets print correctly, please follow the artwork guidelines below. Proper file setup prevents production delays and ensures sharp, vibrant, professional-quality prints.
Accepted File Formats
We recommend submitting artwork in the following formats:
-
PNG (Preferred)
-
PDF
-
High-Resolution JPEG
-
AI or PSD (Flattened if possible)
For best results, use PNG with a transparent background.
Resolution Requirements
Your artwork must be:
-
300 DPI (high resolution)
-
Designed at actual print size
-
Clear and sharp (not blurry or pixelated)
Low-resolution files will print blurry. We do not upscale or redraw low-quality images unless previously discussed.
Background Requirements
All artwork must:
-
Have a transparent background
-
Not include white boxes unless intentionally part of the design
If you upload artwork with a background that is not removed, it will print exactly as received.
Sizing Your Artwork
-
Gang sheets are 13 inches wide
-
You choose the length based on your design layout
-
Ensure your designs are sized correctly before uploading
We print exactly what you upload. We do not resize or adjust files unless specifically requested.
Color Expectations
-
Colors may vary slightly from screen to print due to monitor differences
-
Neon and RGB colors may appear different once printed
-
For best color accuracy, use CMYK color mode
We recommend reviewing your design carefully before submission.
Spacing on Gang Sheets
When building your gang sheet:
-
Leave small spacing between designs
-
Avoid overlapping artwork
-
Ensure all elements are properly aligned
Anything uploaded will be printed exactly as arranged.
Common File Issues to Avoid
π« Low-resolution images taken from social media
π« Screenshots instead of original files
π« Artwork with watermarks
