At Tatum Rae Bow & Co, every item is handmade, custom-made, or printed to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Customized & Personalized Items

Items that include:

  • Name personalization

  • Custom embroidery

  • DTF printed transfers

  • Gang sheets

  • Special order products

Are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production begins.

Please carefully review sizing, spelling, and customization details before submitting your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged due to production error, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

Your email must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution if the error was on our end.

Application & Usage Disclaimer (DTF Transfers)

For DTF transfers and gang sheets:

  • A professional heat press is required

  • Instructions must be followed exactly

  • Application errors are the responsibility of the buyer

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper pressing, washing, or handling.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
