Shipping policy

Processing Time

All items are made to order.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may extend slightly.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS or comparable services. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery timelines provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Tatum Rae Bow & Co is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by carrier errors

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our facility and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

  • Check with household members

  • Check with neighbors

  • Contact your local post office

We are not responsible for stolen packages.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.


DTF & Custom Orders

DTF transfers, gang sheets, and custom embroidery orders follow the same 1–3 business day processing timeframe unless otherwise communicated.

Production begins after payment is received.
