 Pressing Instructions (Please Read Carefully):

 A heat press is required for proper application. Preheat garment to remove moisture. Position transfer in desired location. Press at 330°F for 10 seconds with heavy pressure. Allow transfer to cool completely before peeling the film. Cover design with parchment paper and press again for 10 seconds. Wait 24 hours before washing or stretching the garment.
